NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor, Promotional Period, and Eligibility

1.1. Sponsor: The Sponsor of this Promotional Contest of Chance is the Old Bellevue Merchants Association (OBMA), located at 10385 Main Street, Bellevue, WA, 98004.

1.2. Promotional Period: The promotion begins on Saturday, November 29, 2025, at 09:00 AM PST and ends on Sunday, December 21, 2025, at 5:00 PM PST ("Promotional Period"). All entries must be received within this period.

1.3. Eligibility: The "Soccer Scavenger Hunt" is free to enter and open to all legal residents of Washington State.

• Adult Prize Drawing: Open only to those who are 18 years of age or older as of the entry date.

• Children's Prize Drawing: Children under the age of 18 are eligible for a separate prize drawing. However, an adult parent or legal guardian must submit the entry and claim any prize on the child's behalf.

• Exclusions: Employees, staff, volunteers, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) of the OBMA and all participating Old Bellevue businesses and their affiliates are not eligible to participate or win any prize.

2. How to Enter

2.1. Method of Entry (Online): To enter, participants must complete the official scavenger hunt Google Form, which requires finding the designated country flags displayed within participating Old Bellevue businesses and correctly matching the flag to the business. Participants acknowledge and agree that the operating hours of individual merchants are subject to change, and the OBMA is not responsible if a participating business is closed upon a participant's visit. Participants must return during the merchant's operating hours to complete the task.

2.2. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE / Mail-In): No purchase is necessary. To enter without completing the online form or visiting businesses, participants may submit a handwritten entry on a 3"x5" card including their full name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and the phrase: "I would like to be entered into the Soccer Scavenger Hunt Promotional Contest of Chance."

• Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than Sunday, December 21, 2025, and received by the OBMA no later than Wednesday, December 24, 2025.

• Mail entries to: OBMA Soccer Scavenger Hunt Entry, 10385 Main Street, Bellevue, WA, 98004.

2.3. Limitation and No Consideration: Only one (1) entry per person is permitted, regardless of the entry method (online or mail-in). Completing the entry form, visiting a business location, or completing a customer survey are not considered "consideration" (payment).

3. Prizes and Taxes

3.1. Prizes: Prizes will be awarded in two categories: Adult Prizes and Children/General Prizes. The total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of all prizes is four thousand two hundred eighty-eight dollars ($4,288).

• Top Prizes (Adults Only): Two (2) Soccer Tournament Hospitality Tickets (ARV $1,575 each). Must be 18+ to be eligible for and claim these tickets.

• General Prizes (Adults & Children): Include Soccer Tournament Match Ball, Team USA Jerseys, Hoodies, T-Shirts, Memorabilia Bags, Caps, Posters, and Keychains.

3.2. Tax Requirements (Critical): The winner is responsible for all applicable local, state, and federal taxes associated with the prize. Any winner of a prize with an ARV of $600 or more (including the Hospitality Tickets) will be issued an IRS Form 1099. The winner must provide their Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number before claiming any prize valued at $600 or more.

3.3. Conditions: Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash equivalent or substitution is offered, except at the sole discretion of the OBMA.

4. Winner Selection and Odds

4.1. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received in their respective prize categories (Adult or Child). An entry is considered eligible only if the participant has correctly matched a minimum of twenty (20) flags to their corresponding Old Bellevue businesses.

4.2. Drawing Date: The drawing will take place on or about Wednesday, December 31, 2025, at the OBMA main office. This date allows for the required 7 business days after the close of the competition while accounting for the Christmas holiday.

4.3. Notification: Winners will be notified via the contact information provided on their entry form within 48 hours of the drawing. If a winner cannot be reached, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize or return required documentation (if applicable) within 7 calendar days of the initial notification, an alternate winner may be selected and contacted.

4.4. Odds of Winning: The approximate odds of winning any prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotional Period. The final odds will be based on the actual number of entries.

5. General Conditions and Liability

5.1. Binding Agreement: By participating, all entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the OBMA, which are final and binding in all matters related to the event. No correspondence will be entered into.

5.2. Disqualification: The OBMA reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, does not comply with the stated age requirements, or does not comply with these rules. The OBMA is not responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected entries.

5.3. Release and Publicity: By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the OBMA, its businesses, partners, and affiliates from any and all liability with respect to the "Soccer Scavenger Hunt." The OBMA is allowed to use winners' names for promotional purposes. By participating, entrants also agree to be invited to future events and competitions the OBMA is involved with. Participants can opt-out of future communications by replying to emails from the OBMA.

5.5. Winners List Request: For a list of major prize winners (ARV $25 or greater), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Old Bellevue Merchants Association, Attn: Soccer Scavenger Hunt Winners List, 10385 Main Street, Bellevue, WA, 98004, within 30 days of the drawing date.
