Fran’s Chocolates is a women-owned Northwest company dedicated to pairing pure chocolate confections with elegant packaging for a luxurious experience. Founded by Fran Bigelow in 1982, Fran’s opened its first Bellevue boutique in 1996 and moved to its current Old Bellevue location in 2004. Best known for award-winning salted caramels and an early commitment to sustainability, Fran’s also offers stores in Seattle’s University Village, downtown Four Seasons Hotel, and historic Georgetown neighborhood.
