Valentinas Wine Bar

Valentina Montag began her journey in wine upon coming back to help the family run their small wine bar in Pacific Beach Washington. There she discovered her love for wine and passion for serving customers. Valentina helped oversee the construction of the new Stowaway wine bar in its 2200 sf location and then continued her journey in wine by moving to the Bay Area. There she gained experience working for two very different wine bars, as well as a high-end Italian restaurant managing front of house. She returned with a desire to open her own bar in Bellevue and after working hard for almost 2 years, found her space in old Bellevue.

Valentina‘s vision for her new wine bar, Valentinas, elegant yet cozy. Utilizing the same designer as the Stowaway wine bar, but with a different vision to suit the area, Specializing in boutique wineries from new and old world. Valentina‘s wine bar has emerged as a wonderful gathering place for people to learn about wine or that just love it. Perfect for date nights, catching up with friends, work events and more. Focusing around the customer experience at every touch point is part of what makes Valentina’s great as do the outstanding curated wine selection whether you want to have a glass, flight, or choose from over 500 bottles to enjoy and delectable eats.
